How to Read My Bill

Trying to read a bill can often be confusing. PLWC has created a billing system for the comfort of the customer. There are headings and subheadings for each charge listed on the left side of your bill. By reading toward the right side of the bill across from each heading you will see your consumption and charges. On the far right side of the bill you will see the total for each service.
