PLWC Administers 2006 Customer Satisfaction Survey

March 14, 2006 - In an effort to continue improving PLWC overall customer satisfaction rating, the Marketing Department at PLWC recently mailed written surveys to 950 PLWC customers.

The surveys were mailed on February 10th and customers were given two weeks to respond. Customers were provided postage paid return addressed envelopes to return the surveys in, so that there was no expense to the customer.

As an incentive to return their completed survey the customer were given the chance to enter into a drawing for a free digital camera. The customer was asked to return the survey before February 24th to qualify for the drawing.

The survey data will be used as part of PLWC�s ongoing commitment to improving customer service. Questions focused on current customer satisfaction levels, interest in future services and asked customers for recommendations on improving current services.
