PLWC Meets 2006 Company Goals

February 5, 2007 - Bill Fisher, PLWC General Manager, was happy to announce that the utility had met all of the Company Goals that were set for 2006 at the January Board Meeting.
 
The goals were broken down into four different objectives which were financial, safety, customer satisfaction and human resources. Each objective focused on goals to ensure improvement throughout the entire utility. The goals are set by managers and committees at PLWC and are approved by Senior Staff each year.

The goals are set though that each employee at Paragould Light Water and Cable has role in attaining the goals. Department managers regularly stress to their employees the importance of the goals and quarterly meetings are held in which Senior Staff briefs the employees about where the utility currently stands in relation to the goals that have been set.
